Garlic Chips
You will need:
1 tablespoon olive oil
10 cloves garlic, minced fine
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large bag of thick cut potato chips
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and  parsley, cook 30 seconds or just until garlic is fragrant. Remove from  heat.
Place chips in a bowl. Pour garlic and parsley over the top, toss to coat.
Serve.
