Garlic Chips
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large bag of thick cut potato chips
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley, cook 30 seconds or just until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Place chips in a bowl. Pour garlic and parsley over the top, toss to coat.
- Serve.
